We offer individual counselling and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults, employing a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). Our services also encompass children's counselling, mindfulness practices, and interpersonal therapy (IPT). Additionally, we provide motivational interviewing (MI), attachment-based therapy for families, and various play therapy techniques such as sand play and other forms of play therapy.
Parent behavioural training and support, including techniques from CBT, DBT, and EMDR, can enhance children's counselling and play therapy, providing a comprehensive framework for effective parenting.
Group therapies, such as the Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills programs, often complement other therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy, especially in children's counselling. Additionally, techniques such as EMDR can also be integrated into these group settings.
Functional, cognitive, and academic assessment (including identification of specific learning disabilities, ADHD, and investigation of other factors potentially affecting learning and academic achievement) can benefit from various therapeutic approaches such as CBT, children's counselling, DBT, EMDR, and play therapy.
