Rhythm, Resilience & Recovery is an evidence-based 11-week online program based on Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT), designed to help people living with bipolar disorder build greater mood stability, resilience, and wellbeing. Participants learn practical strategies to understand mood patterns, strengthen daily routines, recognise early warning signs, and support long-term recovery.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Chronic Pain (MBCT-CP) is an evidence-based 8-week program that helps individuals living with persistent pain develop practical skills to reduce suffering, manage stress, and improve emotional wellbeing. Through mindfulness and cognitive therapy techniques, participants learn to build resilience, enhance quality of life, and reconnect with the activities and relationships that matter most.
