Living with chronic pain can be exhausting.
Pain often affects far more than the body. It can impact sleep, mood, energy, relationships, work, confidence, and overall quality of life. Many people find themselves caught in a cycle of pain, stress, frustration, fatigue, and self-criticism that gradually narrows their world.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Chronic Pain (MBCT-CP) is an evidence-based program designed to help people develop a different relationship with pain and its impact on daily life.
Rather than focusing solely on reducing pain intensity, MBCT-CP helps participants develop practical skills to reduce suffering, calm the nervous system, improve emotional wellbeing, and reconnect with the activities, relationships, and values that matter most
MBCT combines the principles of mindfulness and cognitive therapy to help participants:

While pain may be part of your experience, it does not have to define your life.
With the right support, skills, and understanding, it is possible to reduce suffering, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with the people, activities, and values that matter most.
Pain may be part of your story, but it does not have to determine how your story unfolds.
